- Meat - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Udon Noodles - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the dry noodles in boiling water for 5–10 minutes. Rinse with cold water, then drain in a colander and wait until the water has drained.
Step 2
Cut the meat and onion into strips and sauté in vegetable oil, add garlic, ground black pepper, soy sauce, and simmer until cooked.
Step 3
Prepare egg pancakes. Take 5 eggs, beat them until smooth, add heated vegetable oil, and salt to taste. Cook the pancakes in a frying pan, then cut into strips.
Step 4
Before serving, heat the noodles in boiling water. Place them in a dish, then add a salad of radish and a cabbage salad, the stewed meat, and top with the sliced egg pancake. Pour hot broth over everything.
