Ingredients

  • Round Bun - 5 pieces
  • Ground meat - 10.6 oz
  • Milk - 7 fl oz
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Pickles - 4 pieces
  • Ketchup - to taste
  • Sliced Processed Cheese - 3 pieces
  • Eel - to taste
  • Onion - 5.3 oz
  • 9% Vinegar - 10 tablespoons
  • Water - 15 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the onion into rings.

Step 2

Make a marinade for the onion: mix water, vinegar, and sugar. Place the onion in the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

Soak one bun in milk. Then lightly squeeze the bun and mix it with the ground meat. Add salt and pepper, and mix well.

Step 4

Form flat patties from the ground meat.

Step 5

Slice the tomatoes into rounds.

Step 6

Thinly slice the pickles lengthwise.

Step 7

In a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the patties on one side (about 5-7 minutes). Flip and fry on the other side (5-7 minutes).

Step 8

Cut the buns in half.

Step 9

Spread ketchup on the bottom half of the bun.

Step 10

Place lettuce leaves on the bottom half of the bun.

Step 11

Add the patty on top of the lettuce.

Step 12

Place cheese on top of the patty.

Step 13

Add tomato on top of the cheese.

Step 14

Add onion on top of the tomato.

Step 15

Add pickles on top of the onion.

Step 16

Cover with the top half of the bun. Enjoy your meal.
