Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 0.5 oz
- Sauerkraut - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 0.7 oz
- Tomato Puree - 0 fl oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.5 oz
- Potato - 2.8 oz
- Parsley - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in butter.
Step 2
Add the washed and drained finely chopped sauerkraut and simmer until cooked, occasionally adding a little water.
Step 3
After that, add the tomato puree to the vegetables, mix well, and simmer for another 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
Cook the diced potato and fine wheat groats separately, then combine them with the vegetable broth and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the krchik, sprinkled with sweet red pepper and parsley.
