Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 6 lbs
- Celery salt - 3.5 oz
- Turnips - 4 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 17.6 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the lightly salted tomatoes. For this, finely chop the bell pepper, garlic, chili pepper, carrots, and celery leaves, and mix them together. Cut each tomato around 2/3 of the way through and stuff it with the vegetable mixture.
Step 2
Then place the tomatoes in a pot. Top with a horseradish leaf, dill, and other aromatic herbs. Pour boiling water over them, using 2 tablespoons of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar per liter of water. After a day, the lightly salted tomatoes will be ready.
