  • Lamb - 17.6 oz
  • Greens - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the meat, cut it into pieces, cover with water, and simmer on low heat for 2 hours until partially cooked, skimming off the foam.
