Ingredients
- Lard - 10.6 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 head
- Parsley - 2.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Remove the skin from the lard and cut it into pieces to pass through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Pass the prepared lard through the meat grinder.
Step 4
Peel and wash the garlic thoroughly. Dry it.
Step 5
Press the garlic through a garlic press and add it to the bowl with the lard.
Step 6
Finely chop the well-washed and dried parsley.
Step 7
Add the parsley to the lard.
Step 8
Add salt and pepper mix to the lard.
Step 9
Mix all the ingredients well.
Step 10
Place the lard appetizer in a clean, dry container with a lid. Store in the refrigerator.

For storage in the freezer, the lard appetizer can be wrapped in plastic wrap or a bag.
