- Lard - 17.6 oz
- Ramsons - 5.3 oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash and dry the wild garlic.

Remove the rind from the bacon and cut it into large pieces.
Step 4
Pass the lard through a meat grinder twice.
Step 5
Pass the ramsons through the meat grinder after the lard.
Step 6
Mix well to evenly distribute the ramsons in the lard.
Step 7
Taste and add salt if necessary.
Step 8
Place the resulting mixture onto plastic wrap.
Step 9
Tightly wrap the bacon in plastic wrap, shaping it into a log, and tie the ends. Place the log in the freezer for a few hours.
Step 10
Serve the lard with wild garlic on dark bread. Store in the freezer.
