Ingredients
- Freshly brewed green tea - 3 fl oz
- 3.2% Milk - 5 fl oz
- 10% cream - 1 fl oz
- Whipped Cream - to taste
- Ground clove - 2 pieces
- Buckwheat Groats - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Brew the coffee.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, bring the milk and 10% cream to a boil, add the honey and cloves, cover, and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain.
Step 3
In a deep glass, pour in the coffee first, then the honey milk, and top with a dollop of whipped cream. Serve immediately, garnished with zigzags of buckwheat honey and a couple of clove buds.
