Description
For preparation, you will need a fireproof dish with sides about 4 cm high.

- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Hard Cheese - 8.8 oz
- Greens - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the filling, grate the cheese (a creamy type of cheese will work), add 2 eggs, milk, chopped onion, greens (you can use cilantro, parsley, or basil to taste), and salt to taste.
Step 2
Grease the baking dish with butter, lay down 1 layer of lavash, pour in the filling, then cover with another layer of lavash and pour in more filling. Repeat this process for as many layers as you like.
Step 3
Bake until golden brown. Let it cool slightly, and the casserole is ready.
