Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 3 pieces
- Veal Mince - 10.6 oz
- Feta cheese - 7.1 oz
- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Onion - 1 head
- Vegetable Oil - 1 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the ground meat until fully cooked.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and sauté it until golden brown.
Step 3
Finely chop the herbs.
Step 4
Add the onion to the minced meat along with the grated cheese, feta cheese, herbs, and raw eggs. If the feta cheese is very salty, you can skip adding salt.
Step 5
Cut the lavash into long strips, each 15 cm wide.
Step 6
Place 2 tablespoons of the filling at the edge and fold the lavash into a triangle, tucking the edge with the filling each time.
Step 7
Fry the pastries in hot oil until they are golden brown.
Step 8
Transfer the finished lavash chebureks from the skillet to paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
