Lavash pockets with suluguni cheese and tomatoes
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 3 pieces
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chopped Cilantro (Coriander) - 1 bunch
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Green Onion - 1 bunch
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Lightly Salted Suluguni Cheese - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the herbs and garlic
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds
Step 3
Cut the suluguni cheese into slices about 0.5 cm thick
Step 4
Cut the lavash into squares with a side of approximately 20 cm
Step 5
Spread sour cream on each piece of lavash. Sprinkle with garlic and herbs. Place a couple of slices of tomato and suluguni cheese on top. Fold the lavash pieces into pockets
Step 6
Grill for a few minutes on each side until a brown crust forms
