Instead of cream cheese, you can use rich homemade cottage cheese, and instead of crab sticks, opt for smoked salmon. Feel free to experiment with herbs: for trout or salmon, for example, green onions work well instead of dill. You can enjoy the rolls right away, but it's best to leave them in the fridge overnight—the ingredients will meld together and soak into the lavash.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Crab sticks in brine - 14.1 oz
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
- Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
- Dill - 1.4 oz
- Armenian Lavash - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the eggs in boiling water and cook for 11 minutes.
Step 2
Cool the cooked eggs, peel them, and grate them using a coarse grater.
Step 3
Grate the crab sticks and hard cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 4
Chop the dill.
Step 5
Mix the mayonnaise with the cream cheese.

Brush the lavash with this mixture.

Evenly distribute all the prepared ingredients over the lavash and tightly roll it into a wrap.

Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Slice the finished roll into pieces about 1 cm thick and arrange them on a serving plate.
