Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 2 pieces
- Dill - 3 bunches
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Crab sticks in brine - 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
It is preferable to use large sheets of lavash. Unroll them on the table (be careful, as some can tear easily).
Step 2
Place the eggs in cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 7–9 minutes. Then, transfer them to cold water. If necessary, thaw the crab sticks and peel them. Grate the egg, cheese, and crab sticks using a fine grater. Rinse the dill and finely chop it, discarding the thick stems. Divide all the ingredients into two portions.
Step 3
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on exactly half of the lavash. Sprinkle with dill and cover with the untouched half. Again, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and top with grated imitation crab sticks, egg, and cheese. Finally, add a layer of mayonnaise for moisture.
Step 4
Carefully roll the sheets into a tight log and refrigerate overnight, or at least for one hour.
Step 5
Slice the roll into portions and serve at the table.
