Lavash Roll with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 3 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Hard Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Canned Truffles - 1 can
- Mayonnaise - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the first sheet of lavash, then sprinkle with finely chopped dill and parsley.
Step 2
Place the second layer of lavash on top, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise, and sprinkle the sautéed mushrooms with onions evenly across the entire sheet.
Step 3
Place the third layer on top, lightly spread mayonnaise over it, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 4
Roll everything into a log, place it in a bag, and refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to meld.
Step 5
Slice before serving.
