Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
- Smoked Chicken - ½ piece
- Sweet Pepper - ½ piece
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast and pepper into small cubes. Chop the herbs.
Step 2
Unroll the lavash and spread a thin layer of cheese over ¾ of it.
Step 3
On top of the cheese, place the chopped chicken breast, pepper, and herbs.
Step 4
Roll the lavash into a roll and wrap it in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 5
Before serving, slice the roll. You will get 6–8 pieces.
