Description
You can use different options for the base of the white sauce: mayonnaise mixed with sour cream or just sour cream or Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise if you want to make the dish lighter.
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
- Ham - 5.3 oz
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 1.4 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dill - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the ham on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3
Grate 3 boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Add the minced garlic to the mayonnaise.
Step 5
Add salt to taste.
Step 6
Add ground black pepper.
Step 7
Lay the lavash on a surface previously covered with plastic wrap.
Step 8
Spread the garlic sauce over the entire surface of the lavash.
Step 9
Place the ham on one third of the lavash.
Step 10
Place the boiled eggs on another third.
Step 11
On the remaining part, place the grated cheese.
Step 12
Roll the lavash tightly from the cheese side towards the ham side.

You can additionally spread sauce on the edges of the roll while rolling.
Step 14
Wrap the finished roll in plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator.
Step 15
Slice the roll into portioned pieces and garnish with dill sprigs before serving.
