Ingredients
- Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
- Vienna Sausage - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 0.5 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Parsley - 1.1 oz
- White bread - 2 slices
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Bacon - 7.1 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the lean ground beef, sausage meat, finely chopped onion, tomato paste, minced garlic, dried herbs, chopped parsley, and bread soaked in milk. Stir in the beaten egg and spices.
Step 2
Place half of the mixture into a loaf pan, layer with pieces of bacon, then add almost cooked mushrooms. Top with the remaining mixture and press down slightly.
Step 3
Bake at 374°F for about 1 hour.
