Ingredients
- Fresh asparagus - 28.2 oz
- Puff Pastry - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - ½ tablespoon
- Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the asparagus, chop it, and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Once the asparagus is ready, drain the water, let it cool slightly, and blend it into a puree. Add the egg, pour in the sour cream or heavy cream, add spices to taste, and grate 2/3 of the cheese. Mix everything well. (You can also add pieces of chicken, bacon, or any other meat.)
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with oil and lay the pastry in the dish, forming edges about 5 cm high, then place it in the oven and bake until lightly golden.
Step 4
After that, take the pastry out of the oven, pour the asparagus puree into it, and bake at 338°F for about 20-30 minutes. At the end, sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 5
The resulting asparagus puree can also be used for baking pancakes, served with pasta, etc.
