Ingredients
- Puff Pastry - 15.9 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece

- Spicy salami - 3.5 oz
- Cheese Spread - 14.1 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the peppers into small cubes. In a large skillet, heat a small amount of butter and sauté the peppers for 3-4 minutes over medium heat until soft. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Dice the salami and add it to the peppers, then add the grated cheese, egg yolks, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Roll out the pastry into a rectangle. Spread the filling on top and roll it tightly into a log. Pinch the edges securely and place it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Slice the roll and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until golden brown for about 20 minutes.
