- Garlic - 4 cloves

- Chicken Broth - ½ cup
- Rosé Dry Wine - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the leafy greens into small pieces. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat and add the minced garlic, sauté briefly, then add the greens. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Reduce the heat to medium and add the chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the wine and cook uncovered for another 5 minutes, stirring until all the liquid evaporates and the greens are tender.
