Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 2 lbs
  • Sweet Pepper - 2 lbs
  • Sugar - ½ glasses
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Acetic acid - 2 spoons
  • Vegetable Oil - ½ glasses
  • Garlic - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water, and peel off the skin. Cut into strips along with the peeled bell pepper.

Step 2

Mince the garlic. Add the remaining ingredients.

Step 3
