- Sweet Pepper - 2 lbs
- Sugar - ½ glasses

- Acetic acid - 2 spoons

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water, and peel off the skin. Cut into strips along with the peeled bell pepper.
