Ingredients
- Leek - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Campbell's Beef Broth - ½ cup
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 5 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the leeks and cut them into 5 cm pieces. Boil in salted boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain. Melt the butter in a skillet and lightly sauté the leeks.
Step 2
Add the broth, tomato paste, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Place the leeks in a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and cover with processed cheese.
Step 4
Put the dish on the top rack of the oven and bake at 392°F for about 15 minutes.
