Ingredients
- Chicken Broth - 4 fl oz
- Couscous - 3.5 oz
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 tablespoon
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Fennel - 1 piece
- Shallot - 1 piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Ground coriander - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the broth. In a pot, place the couscous, pour in lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well. Pour in the broth, stir, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the yellow bell pepper, fennel, and shallot.
Step 3
Remove the cooked couscous from the broth, transfer to a skillet, add the seasonings, and heat while stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add the zest, herbs, pepper, fennel, shallot, salt, and ground pepper. Serve the couscous on a platter and garnish with lemon wedges.
