  • Water - 32 fl oz
  • Ginger Green Wine - 2 qt
  • Mint Leaves - 15 pieces
  • Sherbet - to taste
  • Lemon - 2 pieces

Step 1

Mix the lemon juice and sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the water and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 2

In a large punch bowl, combine the lemon mixture and ginger ale. Add scoops of sherbet, thinly sliced lemons, and mint. Serve immediately.
