Ingredients
- Water - 4 qt
- Sugar - 17.6 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 2.1 oz
- Raisins - 12 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the water with sugar, cool it down, and add the juice squeezed from 3 lemons. Add the zest grated from 2 lemons and 60 grams of yeast.
Step 2
Knead everything well, pour into bottles, placing 3 raisins in each bottle beforehand. Cork the bottles and place them in a cool place.
Step 3
After 3 days, the kvass can be consumed.
