Ingredients
- Saithe - 21.2 oz
- Rice - ¾ cup
- Lemon - 4 pieces
- Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
- Salt - 1½ teaspoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add sour cream to the fish broth and bring to a boil (but do not boil), then add separately cooked fluffy rice and boiled pieces of fish, and simmer for 2–3 minutes over low heat.
Step 2
Pour the soup into serving bowls, add slices of lemon (peel the lemon before slicing), and sprinkle with herbs. Place the hot boiled fish in the bowls when serving.
