Lemonade with Berry Ice
Ingredients
- Concentrated Cranberry Juice - 12 fl oz
- Water - 2 qt
- Raspberry leaves - 24 pieces
- Sugar - 1.3 cups
- Lemon - 8 slices
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1.3 cups
- Fresh Mint - 8 sprigs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the berry juice and 1 cup of water. Pour into ice cube trays and place 1 berry in each. Freeze.
Step 2
In a pot, combine the remaining water and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Remove from heat and add the strained lemon juice. Cool down.
Step 4
Cut a slit in each lemon slice and place it on the rim of the glasses. Add 3 ice cubes to each glass and pour in the lemonade. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
