Ingredients
- Lemon - 6 pieces
- Sugar - 14.1 oz
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Mint - 1 bunch
- Sparkling water - 2 qt

Step 1
Peel the zest from two lemons, ensuring no white part remains, and slice it into thin strips. Place a pot on the heat, mix sugar with water, add the zest, bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and add a few mint leaves to the syrup. Once the syrup is completely cool, place it in the refrigerator for 30–40 minutes. Squeeze the juice from 6 lemons and also refrigerate.
Step 3
Take the syrup out of the refrigerator, strain it (to remove the zest), and mix it with the lemon juice. Combine the resulting concentrated drink with sparkling water in a ratio of 1:2.
