- Bread Kvass - 1 qt
- Potato - 2 pieces
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Scallions - 2.1 oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 tablespoon

Prepare all the ingredients.
