- Lentils - 1½ glasses
- Bacon - 4.4 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cream 22% - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the lentils and cover them with plenty of water, then cook until they begin to break down. Add a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Slice the onion into rings and the bacon into strips. Sauté the bacon and onion until they are golden brown.
Step 3
Add the bacon and onion to the lentils and cook for another five minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the cream, then turn off the heat.
Step 5
Add the sliced garlic. Let it steep for about ten minutes.
