Ingredients
- Walnuts - 4.6 oz
- Lentils - 2 cups
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Water - ¼ cup
- Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the lentils (green or black) until tender.
Step 2
Lightly toast the walnuts in a pan.
Step 3
Place all ingredients except the water in a blender and blend.
Step 4
Gradually add water until the desired consistency is reached.
Step 5
Spread the pâté on toast or serve with vegetable dishes.
