Ingredients
- Lentils - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- White bread - 3 pieces
- Grated Ginger Root - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the lentils.
Step 2
Coarsely chop the onion and tomatoes.
Step 3
Grate the carrot coarsely. Finely chop the ginger.
Step 4
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 5
Sauté all the vegetables in a skillet.
Step 6
Add to the pot with the lentils.
Step 7
Simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes.
Step 8
Blend everything together.
Step 9
Cut the bread into small cubes and toast them without oil in a skillet over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
