Ingredients
- Onion - 1 head
- Lean Beef - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Lentils - 3.5 oz
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Green peppercorns - 2 pieces
- Potato - 3 pieces
- Chicken hearts - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the chicken hearts cut into thirds, chopped onion, and carrot in a skillet for 20 minutes, adding the black peppercorns and bay leaf.
Step 2
Separately, fry the ground beef.
Step 3
Cook the pre-washed lentils and diced potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Combine the ingredients and cook until done, until the lentils and potatoes are soft.
Step 5
Blend with a blender. Serve with croutons.
