Ingredients
- Potato - 3 pieces
- Celery - 1 bunch
- Broccoli - 3 heads
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Red Lentils - 5.6 oz
- Italian Herb Mix - 0.2 oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a pot, heat water to a boil.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and carrot. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Step 3
Chop the carrot into small pieces. Slice the celery.
Step 4
Add the chopped potatoes, carrot, and celery to the boiling water.

Stir in the lentils. Add salt and Italian herbs.
