Ingredients
- Lentils - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Celery stalk - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 2.8 oz
- Carrot - 2.8 oz
- Potato - 2.8 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 1.1 oz
- Pork Neck - 3.5 oz
- Paprika - 0.1 oz
- Cilantro - 0.1 oz
- Chicken Broth - 20 fl oz
- Dill - 0.1 oz
- Bay leaf - 0 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion, celery, carrot, potato, and garlic; cut the meat into 1x1 cm cubes and the bacon into thin strips.
Step 2
Fry the bacon in a pot over medium heat for 1 minute, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then add the onion and meat, and sauté for another 3 minutes, stirring.
Step 3
Add another tablespoon of olive oil, the carrot, celery, and potato, and sauté for another 2 minutes, then add the paprika.
Step 4
Add the lentils.
Step 5
Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper to taste, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Add the garlic and bay leaf, stir, and remove from heat.
Step 7
Finely chop the cilantro with the stems and the dill without stems; ladle the soup into bowls, garnish with herbs, and serve.
