Ingredients

  • Duck wings - 17.6 oz
  • Celery salt - 1.1 oz
  • Carrot - 1.1 oz
  • Onion - 1.1 oz
  • Leek - 1.1 oz
  • Bouquet Garni - 1 bunch
  • Green peppercorns - 2 pieces
  • Allspice berries - 2 pieces
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Mild Chili Spice - to taste
  • Water - 2 qt

Place the chicken wings in a pot.

Chop the vegetables coarsely.

Add the vegetables to the wings and pour in water.

Cut off the green part of the leek and add it to the broth.

Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer without boiling for 20 minutes. Skim off any foam that appears.
