Ingredients
- Duck wings - 17.6 oz
- Celery salt - 1.1 oz
- Carrot - 1.1 oz
- Onion - 1.1 oz
- Leek - 1.1 oz
- Bouquet Garni - 1 bunch
- Green peppercorns - 2 pieces
- Allspice berries - 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Water - 2 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the chicken wings in a pot.
Step 2
Chop the vegetables coarsely.
Step 3
Add the vegetables to the wings and pour in water.
Step 4
Cut off the green part of the leek and add it to the broth.
Step 5
Add the bouquet garni to the broth. Place on high heat.
Step 6
Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer without boiling for 20 minutes. Skim off any foam that appears.
Step 7
After 10 minutes of boiling, add salt and peppercorns.
Step 8
Separately, place an egg in water. One egg per serving.
Step 9
Boil until almost hard-boiled.
Step 10
Pour the finished broth into a soup bowl. Add the egg, cut in half. Season with ground chili and serve.
