Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 3.5 oz
- Peanut Sprouts - 1.1 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 5.3 oz
- Armenian Lavash - 2.1 oz
- Ground Dried Garlic - to taste
- Poultry - to taste
- Green Butter - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide

Rinse the chicken breast, rub it with spices (choose the ones you like; I used a mix of black pepper, paprika, basil, curry, and khmeli-suneli) and place it in a pan (since this is a light option, I sautéed it without oil in a non-stick pan). Sauté for about 4–5 minutes on each side.
Step 2
For the sauce, boil the eggs, grate them, mix with natural yogurt, garlic powder, and crushed roasted peanuts.
Step 3
Rinse the lettuce leaves, place them on the lavash, spread the prepared sauce on top, add the chicken, then another layer of sauce and leaves.
