Description
You can add finely chopped onions sautéed in vegetable oil to the soup. Personally, I don't really like it that way, but my boyfriend enjoys it) Bon appétit)
Ingredients
- Seafood cocktail - 17.6 oz
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 2 cans
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- 10% cream - 10 fl oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw and rinse the seafood. Pour approximately 1.5 liters of water over it. Add both cans of tuna along with the juice. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Meanwhile, boil the potatoes and mash them (mix with the egg and butter until smooth and lump-free).
Step 3
Reduce the boiling soup to a simmer.
Step 4
Stir in the potato puree and processed cheese. Mix until the cheese is completely dissolved.
Step 5
Pour in the cream.
Step 6
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from heat. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
