Ingredients
- Frankfurter sausages - 12 oz
- Ketchup - ¼ glasses
- Puff Pastry - 8.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make shallow lengthwise slits on each sausage.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and cut it into strips measuring 7.5 cm long and 1.5 cm wide. Wrap the strips of dough around the sausages in the middle and pinch the edges to seal. Place them on a baking sheet and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 374°F. Bake for about 20 minutes. Squeeze ketchup stripes on top and serve.
