Ingredients
- Beef Kidneys - 14.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the liver into small slices and lightly pound them. Marinate with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Fry each slice until cooked, previously dredging in flour. Place on a paper towel.
Step 3
Slice the onion into rings and fry until translucent and golden. Transfer to a separate bowl.
Step 4
Carefully remove the core from the apples, slice them into rings, and fry in the pan where the onion was cooked.
Step 5
Serve as follows - place the liver slices on a bed of onions, alternating with apple slices.
