Ingredients
- Beef Kidneys - 38.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Milk - 20 fl oz
- Garlic - 1 head
- Mayonnaise - 12.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take the beef liver, cut it into small pieces, and remove the veins. Pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Add the eggs, milk, and flour, and mix well.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan for pancakes. Take a small bowl and pour 3 tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil into it, then brush the pan with a brush.
Step 4
Pour 3/4 of a ladle of the batter into the pan and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
Step 5
Cook the liver pancakes on both sides (I got about 15 pieces).
Step 6
While the pancakes are cooling, prepare the cream. Boil one egg, then remove the yolk. Use a garlic press to crush the garlic and mix it with the mayonnaise. Let it sit for a while.
Step 7
Place a pancake on a plate and spread it with the cream. Repeat until all the pancakes are used up.
Step 8
After placing the last pancake, generously spread it with cream again, then crumble the boiled yolk and sprinkle it on top of the cake, mixed with grated cheese.
Step 9
Leave the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours, making sure to cover it so the top layer doesn't dry out.
