Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the liver and crustless bread into 4x4 cm cubes.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade: chop the chili and garlic, add vegetable oil, soy sauce, and spices. Marinate the liver in the mixture for 30 minutes.
