- Chicken Liver - 10.6 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Orange zest - 1 piece
- Vodka - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the liver, cut each piece in half, and fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes. Add salt.
Step 2
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut the flesh into half-moons. Grate the zest from the orange and squeeze the juice from the flesh. Fry the peppers in the oil left from frying the liver for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Return the liver to the pan. Add the zest, orange juice, and vodka. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes.
