Description
You can prepare both chicken and veal liver with apples. However, while you can cook chicken liver whole, veal liver will need to be cut into pieces.

- Chicken Liver - 20 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Apple - 8 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step 1
Wash half of the apples, remove the core, or for quicker preparation, cut them into quarters. Arrange them on a baking sheet, season to taste, and bake in the oven until cooked through. Alternatively, you can chop them smaller and sauté in a pan. This will serve as a side dish for the liver.
Step 2
Peel and core the second part of the apples, then slice them and place them in a dry skillet over medium heat. You can add a little water — it will evaporate anyway. Once the apples start breaking down and becoming soft, add the liver. Stir everything together and simmer for a few more minutes. By the end, the apples will completely absorb into the liver. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
