Ingredients
- Beans - 8.8 oz
- Walnuts - 1.4 oz
- Spanish onions - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cilantro - 0.5 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Khmeli-suneli - 0 oz
- Basil - 0.2 oz
- Safflower Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush, peel, and finely chop the garlic, mash the garlic into a paste with the flat side of a knife, peel and finely chop the onion, slice the chili pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, and finely chop half of the chili pepper.
Step 2
Grind the walnuts through a meat grinder or chop them in a blender; separate the basil leaves from the stems, and finely chop the cilantro and basil leaves.
Step 3
Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a skillet, sauté the onion over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the beans to the skillet, heat over medium heat for 1 minute.
Step 5
Transfer the beans to a bowl, add the walnuts, garlic, chili pepper, and vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
Step 6
Add khmeli-suneli, herbs, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, and mix.
Step 7
Serve.
