- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lobster tails - 8 pieces
- Lemon - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook for 3 minutes until the butter starts to brown. Reduce the heat and cook for another 2 minutes until the butter is dark golden. Remove the skillet from heat, add the lemon juice, chopped parsley, and garlic, and season with salt.

Cut the lobster tails lengthwise and clean out the intestines, keeping the meat in the shell. Preheat the grill. Generously brush the meat with the butter sauce. Cook the lobsters cut side down for about 6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the shell turns red.
Step 3
Meanwhile, place the lemon wedges on the grill and cook for 1 minute on each side until grill marks appear. Arrange the lobsters and lemons on serving plates and drizzle with the sauce. Serve with a green salad and crusty bread.
