  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Smoked haddock fillet - 17.6 oz
  • 10% cream - 1 qt
  • Dill - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Remove the bay leaf, take it off the heat, and add the chopped dill.
