Description

Ingredients
- Butter - 0 oz
- Leek - 2 pieces
- Water - 1½ l
- Potato - 1½ kg
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Smoked haddock fillet - 20 oz
- 10% cream - 0 qt
- Dill - 5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 3
Dice the potato into medium-sized cubes.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Step 5
Add the sliced leeks to the pan. Sauté, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Pour in water, add a bay leaf, and diced potatoes.
Step 7
Season with salt, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
Step 8
Add the cream and the fish cut into large cubes, and cook for another 5 minutes after it comes to a boil.
Step 9
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 10
Remove the bay leaf, take it off the heat, and add the chopped dill.
