  • Puff Pastry - 1 piece
  • Broccoli - 7.1 oz
  • Champignon Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Mozzarella Cheese for Pizza - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Milk - 3 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sauté the onion, mushrooms, and bacon.

Step 2

Roll out the pastry, line the baking dish with it, and start adding the filling.

Step 3

Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 4

Prepare the custard: beat one egg with a fork, add half a cup of milk and a tablespoon of flour.

Step 5

Pour the custard over the pie and sprinkle more cheese on top.

Step 6

Bake in the oven until golden brown (about 20 minutes at 392°F).
