Lynchburg Lemonade
Ingredients
- Jack Daniel's Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Triple sec liqueur - 1 fl oz
- Soda water - 5 fl oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 20 fl oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the sour mix. Dissolve the sugar in water and boil for 3 minutes. Cool the resulting syrup, then mix with freshly squeezed lemon juice and egg white. Strain 2–3 times and chill in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Fill a highball glass 2/3 full with ice. Pour in the whiskey, liqueur, sour mix, and lime soda.
Step 3
Stir the drink.
