Ingredients
- Hot-Smoked Muksun Fillet - 7.1 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 0.2 oz
- Green Apples - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
- Rye Bread - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Chop the mackerel fillet into fine crumbs with a knife.
Step 3
Add mustard to the chopped fish.
Step 4
Peel the apple and remove the core, then chop finely.
Step 5
Chop the cucumber finely as well, removing the seeds.
Step 6
Add the apple and cucumber to the fish, drizzle with lemon juice. Mix well.
Step 7
Taste and add salt and pepper to your liking.
Step 8
Toast the bread until crispy.
Step 9
Serve the forshmak on toasted bread with strong drinks.
